1. Main Concepts

This Privacy Policy uses the following terms and concepts:

"PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA" - collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, and destruction of personal data of Clients.

"USER/CLIENT" - a person who uses the site in the manner regulated by the Site Administration.

"CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA" is a mandatory requirement for the Site Administration, which has access to personal data, not to distribute personal data without the consent of the Client or other legal basis.

2. General Provisions

3. Subject of the privacy policy

5. Methods and deadlines for processing personal information

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limitations, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.3. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.4. The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

5.5. In case the User does not agree to receive information from the administration of saldicom.ae

• by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email;
• in their personal account on the site by deselecting previously selected options;

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User shall:

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Site Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

• became public domain before its loss or disclosure;
• was obtained from a third party before the Site Administration received it;
• was disclosed with the consent of the User or by the User themselves.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the site and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim shall inform the claimant in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim about the results of the claim consideration.

8.3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration are governed by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
